UltraTeb Market Access

Everything you need to sell in Egypt — handled by one partner

UltraTeb Market Access covers every step between your factory and an Egyptian buyer: market study, pricing, EDA registration, import and customs, warehousing, marketing, private and public sales, collections and reporting — with zero upfront fees. Egypt's regulator and customs set real hurdles: sterile devices cannot be released until registered, every shipment needs an ACID number and CargoX documents, and medical devices may not be advertised without EDA approval. We handle all of it.

UltraTeb Market Access is a zero-upfront-fee route into Egypt's medical market: UltraTeb registers, imports, markets, stores and sells your product, shares the risk, and pays you when it sells.

Which services do you pay for?

None upfront. All eleven services are part of one programme, funded by UltraTeb, and we earn only when your products sell. We do not sell registration, import or market studies as separate paid services.

Can the services start before a contract?

Yes. The fit check and the market study come first, and both are free. The agreement is signed only when the study shows a product that can sell.

“Your job is to make a good product and ship it. Registration, import, customs and selling are our job.” — Mohamed Dabees, Founder, UltraTeb

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer registration only, or import only?

No. UltraTeb Market Access is one programme: we register, import, store, market and sell, and we earn when your products sell. We do not sell single services for a fee.

Is the market study really free?

Yes. The market study and the price plan are free. There are zero upfront fees in the programme.

Do you advertise my products?

Yes, once EDA has approved the advertising. Medical devices may not be advertised in Egypt without EDA approval, so we obtain the approval first. Until then we sell through our sales team and direct buyer contact.

Who pays customs duty and VAT?

We do, at clearance.

Can I see what you are doing for my product?

Yes. You see your stock by lot and expiry date, sales by channel, enquiries, quotes, tenders, monthly statements and payments.

One partner for everything in Egypt
