Warehousing and cold chain: every unit tracked by lot and expiry date

Your goods are stored in our warehouse in Egypt, tracked by lot and expiry date and picked first-expiry-first-out, and the storage and transport temperature your labelling requires is agreed per product before the pilot. Lot-level records are not optional in Egypt: EDA's November 2025 vigilance guideline requires importers and distributors to keep distribution records by lot and to report serious incidents within 2, 10 or 15 days, depending on severity.

UltraTeb Market Access is a zero-upfront-fee route into Egypt's medical market: UltraTeb registers, imports, markets, stores and sells your product, shares the risk, and pays you when it sells.

What does warehousing include?

  • Receiving

Every delivery is counted and checked against the invoice, with lot number and expiry date recorded.

  • Storage

Stored at the conditions on your label, separated by product and lot.

  • First-expiry-first-out

The oldest lot is sold first, so shelf life is not wasted.

  • Cold chain

For temperature-controlled products, storage and delivery conditions are agreed with you before the pilot, and we confirm we can meet them for your product.

  • Traceability

We know which lot went to which customer, for recalls and vigilance.

  • Your view

Stock on hand by lot and expiry date, visible to you at any time.

Can you handle 2–8 °C products?

We agree the storage and delivery conditions for each temperature-controlled product with you before the pilot, and we only accept the product when we can meet them. Many lab reagents need this, so we check it in the market study.

Why does shelf life on arrival matter?

Hospitals and tenders buy products with a long remaining shelf life. The more shelf life your goods have when they arrive, the more of the stock can be sold. We agree the minimum remaining shelf life per product before the first shipment.

“You can see every unit we hold for you: which lot it comes from and when it expires.” — Mohamed Dabees, Founder, UltraTeb
