We commit to three things every manufacturer should check before signing with a distributor: no bribery of any kind, quality and traceability for every lot we handle, and careful protection of the data you share. These are our own commitments, not certifications. Egypt scores 30 out of 100 on Transparency International's 2025 Corruption Perceptions Index, so we expect you to check us — and we welcome it.
UltraTeb Market Access is a zero-upfront-fee route into Egypt's medical market: UltraTeb registers, imports, markets, stores and sells your product, shares the risk, and pays you when it sells.
What is our anti-bribery commitment?
- No payments, gifts, travel or other benefits to public officials — including staff of public and university hospitals, UPA, EDA and customs
- No facilitation payments, ever
- A register of all gifts and hospitality, given and received
- Due diligence on every intermediary we use: customs brokers, sub-distributors and service partners
- Accurate books and records for every sale and every payment
- Anti-bribery and audit clauses in our distribution agreements — including yours
- Support for your own due diligence under the laws that bind you, such as the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act or the UK Bribery Act

What is our quality commitment?
- Storage at the conditions on your label, agreed per product before the pilot
- Every unit tracked by lot and expiry date, and sold first-expiry-first-out
- Traceability from each lot to each customer, for recalls and vigilance
- Incident reporting to EDA within the deadlines of its vigilance guideline
- Full cooperation on recalls and field safety actions
- No changes to your labels, packaging or trademarks without your written approval
- No advertising of medical devices before EDA approval, and no clinical claims
How do we protect your data?
- What we collect: the details you enter in our forms and send us by email or chat — company, name, work email, country, products and documents.
- Why: to answer your enquiry, run the market study and manage our partnership. We never sell your data.
- Which rules we follow: the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors from the EU and EEA, and Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
- Where it is stored: on cloud servers in the United States, with access limited to the UltraTeb Market Access team.
- Your rights: ask to see, correct or delete your data at access@ultrateb.com. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
- Your documents: certificates, price lists and technical files are used only for your registration, import and sales, and are never shared with other manufacturers.
What are the partner terms, in brief?
Zero upfront fees. A free market study and pricing. We handle registration end to end, pay the duty and VAT, and fund the launch. You are paid when we sell, and you have full visibility of your stock and sales. Everything else is agreed in a written distribution agreement, legalised as EDA requires.
