Collections and reporting: full visibility of your stock, sales and payments

We invoice every sale through Egypt's e-invoicing system, collect from the buyer, send you a monthly itemised statement and pay you for what sold — and you can see your stock, sales, enquiries, tenders, statements and payments at any time. Paying you in foreign currency works through the Egyptian banking system against the import documents; import FX is available again — Egyptian banks reported no queues for import foreign currency in November 2024 and net international reserves reached a record USD 52.6 billion in January 2026.

UltraTeb Market Access is a zero-upfront-fee route into Egypt's medical market: UltraTeb registers, imports, markets, stores and sells your product, shares the risk, and pays you when it sells.

What can you see at any time?

  • Stock on hand, by lot and expiry date
  • Sales by channel (private sector, tenders, web shop) and by customer segment
  • Enquiries, quotes and orders for your products
  • Tenders we bid in, and their results
  • Registration and import-approval status
  • Monthly statements and every payment made to you
  • Your documents: certificates, approvals and agreements

How does the monthly cycle work?

  1. We sell and invoice

Each sale is invoiced to the buyer through the Egyptian Tax Authority's e-invoicing system.

  2. We collect

We collect from private buyers and from each paying hospital for tender sales.

  3. Monthly statement

After month-end you receive an itemised statement: units sold by product and lot, channel, and stock remaining.

  4. You are paid

Private-sector sales are paid on the schedule in your agreement; tender sales once the paying hospital has paid us. Payment is in your currency, through the banks, against the import documents.

How do payments leave Egypt?

Fact Value Source As of
Bank documentation of imports Commercial imports are documented through an Egyptian bank (Form 4); banks pay against the supplier invoice and customs documents trade.gov
Documentary collections Allowed again since the Central Bank of Egypt cancelled the letter-of-credit-only rule at the end of 2022 egypttoday.com
Import foreign-currency availability No queues for import FX (Federation of Egyptian Banks, November 2024) dailynewsegypt.com
Net international reserves USD 52.6 billion, a record, about 6.9 months of imports (January 2026) en.amwalalghad.com

Before your first shipment we confirm the payment route for your agreement with our bank in writing.

Why does full visibility matter?

When your goods are in another country, trust depends on what you can check. Your partner view shows the same stock, sales and payment records we work from, so there is nothing to reconcile by guesswork.

What if a buyer pays late?

For private-sector sales, you are paid for units sold on the schedule in your agreement — collecting from the buyer is our job. For public-tender sales, you are paid once the paying hospital has paid us, because government payment cycles are long.

“Full access means you see the same stock and sales numbers we see.” — Mohamed Dabees, Founder, UltraTeb

Frequently asked questions

How often do I receive a statement?

Monthly, itemised by product, lot and channel, with the stock remaining. You can also check stock and sales at any time.

In which currency am I paid?

In the currency agreed for your price per product, usually USD or EUR, through the banking system.

How many days after month-end am I paid?

The exact schedule is set in your distribution agreement.

What is a documentary collection (D/A)?

A standard bank procedure: your bank sends the shipping documents to our bank, and we accept a payment obligation with an agreed due date. It keeps every payment to you tied to a documented import. See the glossary.

Can I check stock physically?

Yes. Visits and stock checks can be arranged with notice, in addition to your online view.

See everything. Get paid for what sells.

Zero upfront fees. We handle registration, import, customs, duties, warehousing and selling. You're paid when we sell.
