Wholesale only — for distributors, hospitals, labs, pharmacies, radiology centers & vet clinics

Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 August 2026

By using the Ultrateb store you agree to these terms. The store is for wholesale supply to medical businesses only, not for sale to individuals. Please read these terms before creating an account or placing an order.

1. Who may buy

Business customers only: hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, clinics, radiology centres, veterinary clinics and distributors.

We may ask for proof of business activity — commercial registration, tax card or practice licence — before activating an account or accepting a first order.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registered details, for keeping them current, and for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Any order placed from your account is treated as placed by you. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that holds inaccurate details.

3. Prices and minimum order

All displayed prices are wholesale prices in Egyptian Pounds and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Each product shows a minimum order quantity on its page; orders below it are not accepted.

Prices may differ between accounts according to agreed payment terms and volumes.

Prices may change without prior notice. The binding price is the one stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

4. Quotations

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it; after that it is subject to review.

Quotations are subject to stock availability at the time of confirmation and do not reserve quantity.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not a final acceptance; it becomes binding when we confirm it in writing.

We may refuse or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, a price is clearly erroneous, account conditions are unmet, or we suspect misuse.

6. Payment

Payment terms are set at account level and stated on the quotation or invoice.

Late payment may result in supply being suspended or payment terms being revised for subsequent orders.

Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates from the date of order confirmation and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Shipments must be inspected on receipt; report any shortage or visible damage within 48 hours of delivery.

We may deliver an order in instalments, each treated separately.

8. Returns

Returns are accepted for unused products in their original unopened packaging within 7 days of receipt, subject to our prior approval.

Sterile products cannot be returned once their packaging is opened, for safety reasons.

Products specially ordered or imported at a customer’s request cannot be returned.

9. Cancellation

An order may be cancelled free of charge before it is prepared for shipping. After dispatch, cancellation is subject to the returns terms above.

10. Products, registration and use

These are medical supplies for use by qualified professionals, registered with the relevant authorities where required.

Information on the site describes the product and is not medical guidance, nor a substitute for the manufacturer’s instructions.

Product images may differ slightly from the packaging supplied where a manufacturer has updated it.

The customer is responsible for confirming a product is suitable for its intended purpose and for using it according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

11. Storage and handling

After delivery the customer is responsible for storing and handling products according to the conditions stated on the packaging. Damage caused by improper storage is not our responsibility.

12. Acceptable use of the site

You may not attempt unauthorised access to the site or its accounts, disrupt it, extract its data by automated means (scraping), or republish our prices commercially without written permission.

13. Intellectual property

Site content — text, images, design and logos — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Manufacturers’ trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the product.

14. Liability

Our liability for any order does not exceed the value of that order.

We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or losses arising from delivery delays caused by factors outside our control.

Nothing here limits liability that Egyptian law does not permit to be excluded.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply interruptions, decisions of official authorities, disasters or transport failures.

16. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page. The terms in force when an order is confirmed apply to that order.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force.
