What is the difference between the 15G × 18 cm semi-automatic and a fully automatic biopsy needle?
The semi-automatic has a spring that fires the cannula for tissue retrieval, but the needle advance is controlled manually, giving more depth control. The fully automatic fires with a single trigger.
