What is the difference between an alcohol swab and liquid medical alcohol?
The alcohol swab is cotton pre-moistened with alcohol and individually wrapped, used once for quick disinfection, while medical alcohol is a liquid in a bottle. The swab is faster and cleaner before injections.
Is this swab sterile?
The alcohol swab disinfects the skin before procedures, but please check the pack for the sterility status; if you need a certified sterile swab, tell us and we can arrange the right model.
